Apex Med Mobility — Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required at booking unless a facility billing agreement is approved.
  • Transportation will not be provided without confirmed payment.
  • Returned or declined payments must be resolved before future scheduling.

Cancellation Policy (Final)

All cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, including same-day cancellations, will be charged the full fare.

No-Show Policy

  • 0–5 minutes: Free grace period.

  • 5–15 minutes: Wait time billed at $1.50/min.

  • After 15 minutes: Trip marked as no-show and billed in full.

Trip Modification Policy

  • Changes to time, destination, or return pickup depend on availability.
  • Additional wait time, mileage, or service adjustments may incur additional charges.
