Payment Policy

Payment is required at booking unless a facility billing agreement is approved.

Transportation will not be provided without confirmed payment.

Returned or declined payments must be resolved before future scheduling.
Cancellation Policy (Final)
All cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, including same-day cancellations, will be charged the full fare.

No-Show Policy

0–5 minutes: Free grace period.

5–15 minutes: Wait time billed at $1.50/min.

After 15 minutes: Trip marked as no-show and billed in full.
Trip Modification Policy

Changes to time, destination, or return pickup depend on availability.

Additional wait time, mileage, or service adjustments may incur additional charges.
